Dear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter under date of March 31st, in reference to agreement covering lots 31 and 32, Block 17, purchased by A. B. Mitchell: 1 am glad to inform you that I have found a purchaser for these lots and Mitchell has assigned his agreement lawfully and legally to Henry M. Lillis, and if you will kindly have deed prepared and signed by Mr. Clark, President of the Company, covering these lots, made in favor of Henry M. Lillis, I will deliver same, collecting thebalance due of fl68.75, and interest from March 26th up to and including date of payment, and also secure the assigned original agreement for your office files.
