I agree.2- J. R. C. Blocks 10, 11 and 12 are fairly desirable for cheap homes such as are now constructed thereon. Block 13, the few lots which we have left therein, are as good as any of the unsold lots. Blocks 14 and 15 we own nothing. Block 16, the Redlight District, with nothing but inhabitants of that kind located thereon, both white and Mexicans# Block 18, we own nothing. Block 19, there has been no demand for these lots and lot 6 improved with a large storeroom 25 x 100 feet, sold last weel for flOOO. We handled the deal through the bank. Blocks 21 and 22 we own nothing. Blocks 23, 24, 25, and 26 the 64 Gompany houses are constructed thereon. Block 27 and 28 are not much improved. Blocks 29, 30, 31 and 32 we own nothing. Block 33 very good lots but on the last street of the Towns!te facing the desert. Block 34 and 35 we own nothing. Block 36 the few lots therein are good should sell readily for reduced price. Blocks 39 and 40 at the extreme southeast corner of Townsite with no road improvements or no curbing. This I believe is a brief description of the Townsite as it actually stands today. Yours truly, Vice-Pres. and Agent
