Park, a plot of ground 200 ft x 130 ft deep Just across 5th Street from Block 34 as marked upon attached map, purchase price $1600.00 cash, or in other words, if this ground were plotted same as on west side of 5th Street, it would amount to $200*00 per lot. M r. Park recently sold his residence in Block 34 and wishes to now construct himself and his son a home on this ground and same will be immediately improved with two of the best residences every built in Las Vegas, and I would like very much to have the sale go through. Will you kindly advise at once as Mr. Park is very anxious to get started on the proposition.
