Bettis, Vice-President & Auditor, Las Vegas L.&.W.Co., Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir:- I have copy of Mr.Clark's letter to you February 23rd, in regard to selling Lots 29 and 30, Block Mo.8, Las Vegas townsite, to E.H.Davis for #300.00, #75.00 down and #20.00 per month with 6$ interest on deferred payments.
