Jr * Re-appraisement of lots. Los Angeles, April 10, 1911. Mr. W. H. Bancroft, Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. J. Ross Clark, Los Angeles, Cal. Gentlemen In reply to inquiry which I have made of Mr.Bracken, relative to the prices for lots 5, 7, and 8, in Block 19, Mr.Bracken states that a store room has recently Been erected on lot 6 in Block 19, and that in his opinion, and in the opinion of other Business men of Las Vegas, Business will not likely go any further east on Fremont Street than this point, as it is now spreading down First and Second Streets; therefore in his opinion, lot 5 is worth considerable more than lots 7 and 8, for which he thinks there will be very little demand for Business purposes, Yours truly, Vice President and Auditor.
