Dear Sirs: I enclose herewith schedule of unsold lots at Las Vegas and prices which I think should obtain at the present time. I have made up this schedule on information obtained from Mr.Bracken, getting his ideas as to the valuation, but have raised the prices placed upon some of the lots by him. All prices are considerably in advance of those which were shown on the las£ appraisement, March 20, 1908. fo obviate the necessity of referring each sale to you for approval, I would be pleased if you could authorize sales to be made at prices shown on attached schedule, this authority to run for one year from date. If there is any demand for lots and It is thought advisable to sell them at anything less than the prices shown on our schedule, each such case to be referred to you for approval.
