Dear Sir:- The attached sketch is for a proposed two story Employees Booming House to be built at Las Vegas, Hev., the same being a substitute for the wooden one story employees rooming house approved in form 00, 1. A. Ho. 711. The exterior walls will be of rook face concrete blocks. Interior partitions will be of wood studs covered with wood lath. All Joist will be of wood §§ with ceilings covered with wood lath. All interior will be plastered. Bafts gJIwill *>« of wood covered with matched boarding and composition roofing. Six inches of Sil - 0 - Cel will be put over the ceiling Joist of second story. This is a non-conductor of heat. This material is inexpensive. The plumbing of wash and bath room on fdist floor will be duplicated on second floor. The approximate cost of this building complete will be |l0,80®.00. <1 Bespeotfully yours, Architect.
