San PEDRO, LOS ANGELES AND SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY w * OFFICE OF FIRST VICE-PRESIDENT W. H. BANCROFT, First Vice-President Salt Lake City, November 29th, 1905. Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir:- Replying to your letter of November 27th, File 131-X., in regard to proposed lodging house at Las Vegas. As stated in my wire of November 26th, I received no message from you on November 24th about this lodging house , the copy enclosed with your letter of above date being the first I have seen of it. Think it would be good idea to ask Superintendent of Telegraph to trace this message and show service on it. The request covering this proposed lodging house was sent gig from your office under date of November 21st, and X tooK it as a matter of course that you were favorable to the proposition, otherwise the matter would not have been submitted to me. If you feel that there is no necessity for putting up this lodging house, I am agreeable to the request covering tne appropriation being cancelled.
