' I attach copy of my message to you of Nov. 84th which was sent from Los Angeles at 3:00 p.m., and which yen; state in your message of the 26th you had not received. This form was sent you from my office Nov, 2lst during my absence in Salt Lake City. Had 1 been here I 'would have written you stating ray objections to the approval of the form, *W© have spent, considerable money in improvements at Las Vegas and it is now in a fair way to becoming a substantial town, arid no doubt homes and lodging houses will be built where our anployees can secure accomodati.ons.
