I agree.Received of J.E.Green & Go. the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and the same Two Hundred Dollars to go on account towards paying for One Hundred Tons of the best Ho.l baled alfalfa hay delivered at R.R. depot, Las Vegas, at Fourteen Dollars ($14.00) per ton. J.E.Green & Co. agree to take this hay at the rate of at least twenty tons a month, and as much faster as desired, but in such case to give the said Mr.Bracken at least one week’s notice before requiring the extra amount of-hay.
