Bear Sir:- I "beg to acknowledge receipt of yours of the ifth inst. marked personal, which refers to Las Vegas BanOh, and note that Mr. Bancroft wished you to advise me that nothing should he done about selling off any of the horses, cattle, implements, or disposing of the store or ranch property without approval of the Committee first being obtained, and note you have sent both Mr.Bancroft and -Mr. Hood a copy of your report of the 17th, and I presume we will hear from than in the near future giving their views in regard to what they .think shoul c he done in the premises.
