Ross Clark, Second Yice-Pres., S.P.L.A.&.S.L.R.R., Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir:- Replying to your letter of June 2oth, relative to the Las Vegas Ranch. I would suggest that you have a statement prepared showing all the property on this ranch, - outside of the land itself, - such as stock, farming implements, hay, grain, merchandise, etc., up to the first of June, so we can bring this whole matter up for discussion and disposal at the next meeting of the Committee. In regard to matter of water rights for this ranch. It has always been our understanding that when the ranch was purchased it carried with it complete title to the water, but from your letter it would seem this is not the case. Would like to be fully informed also in regard to this water question.
