Dear Mr. Clark: 1 am informed that the San Pedro, Las Angeles and salt Lake Ry. co. will soon lay out a town at Las Vegas, and that you have not as yet deeided upon a manager for the seme. I have known Mr. H. p. Myton, of salt Lake city, Utah, for a great many years, and I take great pleasure in recommending him to you for the position of manager in laying out the proposed town. He has had considerable experience in the townsite business, and I feel positive that he would give you satisfactory service and attend strictly to that particular business. Any thing that you oan do for Mr. Myton in this particular will be greatly appreciated by me.
