    Oct. 28, 1903. Col.J.W.F.Diss, §©a*l Right of Way & Claim Agent, Los Angeles, Cal. Dear Sir: 1 have your favor of the 26th, file 510-1, in regard to deeds for the Vegas and Kyle ranches. I find that we have no separate deed for the Kyle ranch and, therefore, I presume it was owned by the Railroad Company and was turned over to us in one of the blanket deeds. 1 have, however, written to Itr. Bancroft in regard to this matter this morning, as per carbon copy of my letter attached, Upon receipt of information from him I will take the matter up with you further. . Foajf your information I enclose herewith a deed running from ;.H.Bancroft to the San Pedro, Los Angeles &> Salt hake Railroad Company dated June '17th, 1903, which is for property known as the"Cottonwood Ranch". 1 hleo enclose a deed running from W.A.Clark to the San Pedro Los Angered & Sait Lake Railroad Company dated July 2nd, 1903, which is the transfer of the Los Vegas ranch.
