Campbell, president of the District, regarding the status of Mr. L. R. Maag. As Mr'. Campbell is out of town, I will take the responsibility of confirming the understanding regarding Mr. Haags* compensa tion i.e. salary $575 a month and expenses averaging $435 a month. If you or Mr. Maag will advise us when this money is due, we will gladly send our check to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. I might at this time state that I have been working very closely with Mr. Maag for the past several months and have found him very capable, agreeable to work with and a great help to us in every way.
