1 quest is made will do any acts and will assign and transfer or exe- 2 cute and deliver any instruments reasonably necessary to fully and 3 completely carry out the purposes and provisions of this agreement 4 in accordance with the intention of the parties hereto. 5 Section 1 6 . None of the parties hereto shall be consid- 6 ered in default in respect to any obligation if prevented from ful- 7 filling such obligation by reason of uncontrollable forces, the 8 term uncontrollable forces1’ being deemed for the purposes of this 9 agreement to mean any cause beyond the control of the party affect- 10 ed, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, storm, light- 11 ning, fire, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance, labor disturb-* 12 ance, sabotage and restraint by court or public authority, which, by 13 exercise of due diligence and foresight, such party could not rea- 14 sonably have been expected to avoid. Any party rendered unable to 15 fulfill any obligation by reason of uncontrollable forces shall ex- 16 ercise due diligence to remove such inability with all dispatch. ^ Section 17. All notices given pursuant to the terms of 18 this agreement shall be given as follows: Any such notice shall be given to the District by person- 20 ally serving the President or Secretary of the District with such 21 written notice or by depositing such written notice in the United 22 states mall, registered, and addressed to the President or Secre— 23 tary of the District at 135 South i|.th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2 Any such notice shall be given to the First Parties by 25personally serving a copy of such written notice upon WM.
