1 by the District as may be requested by any party hereto. 2 (b) The actual cost of labor and material and oth- 3 er amounts expended by First Parties, or any of them, 4 during the period, September 1, 1952, to and including 5 the sale date for any of said additions and betterments 6 to and extensions of the said water production, storage, 7 transmission and distribution facilities constructed by 8 First Parties, or any of them, with their own forces. 9 (c) The amount charged to investment account by 10 Water Company, or any successor in ownership of its wa­ll ter distribution system, during the period, September 1, 12 1952, to and including the sale date for additions and 13 betterments to or extensions of its distribution system 14 above mentioned constructed by others under contracts 15 made pursuant to Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations of 16 the Water Company on file with the Public Service Com- 17 mission of the State of Nevada and conveyed by said oth- 18 ers to the Water Company, its successors or assigns. 19 (d) If the ledger value on the sale date of the 20 automotive equipment, shop equipment and materials and 21 supplies transferred to the District by the Water Com- 22 pany on the sale date exceeds the ledger value of such 23 property owned by the Water Company on September 1, 1952, 24 as stated in Section 1(h) hereof, such excess shall be 25 added to the basic purchase price. 26 (e) The balance upon the sale date charged to Ac- 27 28 35.
