1 Not less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the 2 execution by the District of any contract or contracts for the 3 purchase of any materials for or the performance of all or any 4 portion of the work provided for in this Section 5, the District 5 shall present to the First Parties for their approval the follow- 6 ing proposed provisions relative to said contract or contracts: 7 The proposed date or dates of execution of said contract or con- 8 tracts, the name and address of the person or persons with whom 9 the District proposes to enter a contract, a description of the 10 material to be furnished or work to be performed, the time and 11 place for the delivery of said material or for the performance 12 of said work and the price, time and manner of payment for said 13 material or performance of said work. If the First Parties shall 14 approve said proposed provisions or shall fail to disapprove the 15 same prior to said proposed date or dates of execution, the Dis- 16 trict m a y execute said contract or contracts and payment therefor 17 shall be made from the Relocation Fund hereinafter described. If 18 the First Parties disapprove said proposed provisions within the 19 period of time above mentioned, no payment shall be made from the 20 Relocation Fund on account of any contract or contracts containing 21 any provisions so disapproved until completion of all work provided 22 for in Section 5 in accordance with the provisions of said section 23and until payment has been made from the Relocation Fund for 24materials supplied or work performed pursuant to a contract or 25contracts made by the District, the said provisions of which 26have been approved by the First Parties or pursuant to a con- 27tract or contracts made by the First Parties as provided in 28this Section 5. 27.
