    1 pumping station from said land and restore the surface 2 of the ground substantially to the condition existing 3 prior to the construction of said pumping station. 4 (m) The documents, books, maps, records and file 5 cabinets in the possession of the First Parties on the 6 sale date and which are listed on Exhibit "G” hereto 7 attached and made a part hereof. 8 (n) License and permission to operate and main- 9 tain the pipe lines and wire lines indicated in broken 10 black and white lines, broken black and red lines and 11 broken black and green lines on said Exhibit MA” and the 12 pumping station located at point HH pending the removal 13 of said pipe lines, wire lines and pumping station in the 14 manner and within the periods provided in Section 5 of 15 this agreement and, while said pipe lines and pole lines 16 remain upon the property of Railroad Companies, to use 17 strips of land 7-1/2 feet in width on each side of the cen- 18 ter line of said pipe lines and pole lines, for access 19 to said lines for the purpose of enabling the District 20 to operate, maintain or remove the same. Said license 21 and permission shall be effective upon the sale date and 22 shall be subject to the right of Railroad Companies, their 23 successors and assigns, to construct roads, highways, pipe 24 lines and wire lines over and across said strips and to use 25 their property for any purpose whatsoever which will not un- 26 reasonably interfere with the use of said pipe lines and power 27 lines by the District during the period trict shall have the right to maintain siani d whliicnhes tuhep oDnis­28 the property of the Railroad Companies. 14.
