(d) lafhen the said new pipe line® have been con­structed and the said pumping station relocated as pro­vided in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) hereof, Railroad Companies shall have the right to connect the said pipe lines with the existing transmission facilities ©f the District so as to render unnecessary the use' of the pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines between points marked A and X, A and 1, and 1 and HE. When said new pipe lines shall have been connected into the tramaeissioa system of the District, the Railroad Companies shall have the right to disconnect from said transmission system and to remove the said pipe lines shown by broken black and red line® between points marked A and X, A and 1, and R and HE, Railroad Companies shall credit the salvage value, if any, of the material removed, less the cost of removing end dis­posing of the same, upon the total cost ©f the work performed by Railroad Companies under this Section IT. ill
