Said grants of easements shall also provide that at the re­quest of the Eailroad Companies the District shall, at the expense of the lailroad Companies, relocate said pipe lines to other locations upon property of the Eailroad Companies provided that such relocation, would not prevent the use of said pipe lines for the conveyance ©f va. ter to the areas and facilities then being served by said pipe lines. In the event of such relocation the Eailroad Companies, their succes­sors and assigns, agree to- grant easements for said pipe- lines in their new locations, containing provisions substantially the &&m m the provisions in the easements granted under this lection 5, and the District agrees to reconvey to the Eailroad Companies, their auceesa- ©rs and assign*, the easement® for the pipe lines so reeved and- re­located.
