Box 1109 Las Vegas, Nevada Subject: Plans and Specifications for Hyde Park (2300 zone) System Dear Mr. Renshaw: In accordance with your request of December 5» 1956, the following proposal for furnishing the subject plans and specifications is submitted: It is proposed to furnish the following engineering services based on all materials and equipment being included in the installation contract: 1. Prepare complete plans and specifications for furnishing and installing one new pump for the Hyde Park (2300 zone) system with necessary valves, fittings and electrical work. 2. Furnish preliminary plans and specifications for review. 3. Furnish 25 sets of plans and specifications for taking bids. 4. Check bids and make recommendations for award. 5. Approve shop drawings. 6. Furnish consultation services during construction. 7* Supervise final tests and adjustments. 8. Furnish as-built tracings. It is understood that except for supervision of final tests and adjustments the field inspection during construction will be furnished by the District. The fee for the above services, including travelling expenses, would be $975*00, $800.00 of which would be payable upon completion and acceptance of the plans and specifications and the balance would be payable upon satisfactory completion of the final tests and adjustments. If the above proposal meets with District approval, it may be accepted by executing and returning one copy of this proposal. Very truly yours, JAMES M.
