Upon a motion by Vice President S. L. Butterfield and seconded by Director Harry Miller, and carried unanimously, the District was authorized to negotiate a lease for adequate office space from Thomas A. Campbell at a monthly rental of sj^b.OO effective 'fay 1, 195$D. There being no further business to come before the meeting, and by order of President Thomas Campbell, the meeting was
