I agree.6 District Attorney Robert E. Jones stated that he had contacted Alan Bible, Nevada State Attorney General, with reference to an appointment with the Union Pacific Railroad Attorney for discussion of the Las Vegas Water District Senate Bill, and that Mr. Bible had stated that January Uth, 19U9, at 10:00 A.M. would be agreeable with him. President Harry Miller was delegated to contact the Union Pacific Railroad Company and the las Vegas Land and Water Company to complete the arrangements for the meeting. that the process of acquiring the facilities of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company would require litigation and condemnation proceedings and that a complete and thorough engineering study and audit would have to be made of the books and properties of that firm. There being no further business to come before the meeting, and by order of President Harry Miller, the meeting was adjourned.
