7 7 7 I ^ —/ D E E D THIS DEED, made this <Q /of day of z£_ ? * 196j£, between STATE OF NEVADA, on relation of its Depart-m ' ment of Highways, hereafter called GRANTOR, and LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a Quasi-Public corporation, hereafter called GRANTEE, W I T N E S S E T H * That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the United States of America and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in accordance with Chapter 408 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, does, by these presents grant, bargain and sell unto the GRANTEE and to its assigns forever, a perpetual easement and right of way and incidents thereto for the location, construction and maintenance of the Las Vegas Valley Water District main water transmission line upon, over and across certain real property of the undersigned situate, lying and being in the County of Clark, State of Nevada; said easement and right of way more particularly described as follows* An easement permitting the location, construction and maintenance of water transmission lines to replace in part the existing main water transmission line of the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
