1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 0 1 1 12 13 1 4 1 5 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 enclosed therein (hereinafter called "pipe line”) across the right of way and under the tracks of the Railroad Company in the location shown by yellow lines on said Exhibit *A* attached hereto, Section 3, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE, The said pipe line shall be constructed and thereafter maintained, repaired, renewed, modified or reconstructed by and at the sole expense of the Licensee, and all work on said right ef way in connection therewith shall be done under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the Railroad Company, Said 18-inch water pipe line shall be eneased in a 36-inch reinforced concrete encasement pipe line and $hall be installed in accordance with the requirements of subdivision (b) of the Union Pacific Railroad Co, Common Standard Specification C,S, 1029, attached hereto as Exhibit "B^1, and by this reference incorporated herein. Prior to the commencement of any work in connection with that portion of the pipe line located underneath any track or tracks of the Railroad Company (whether construction or maintenance, repair, renewal, njOdification, relocation, reconstruction or removal), the Meonsee shall submit to the Railroad Company plans sotting out the method and manner of handling the work and shall not proceed with the work until such plans shall have been approved by the Chief Engineer of the Railroad Company and then enly under the supervision of said Chief Engineer or his representative, The Railroad Company shall have the right, if it so elects, to provide sueh support as it may deem necessary for the safety of its track or tracks during the time such work is being - 2- 0
