(b) The executed originals in the possession of First Parties of all contracts referred to in subparagraph (a) of Sec­tion 9 of the attached agreement under which the District assumes effective upon the sale date, all obligations and liabilities for work performed subsequent to the sale date. (h) Map record showing location of assigned service numbers (I) Two card files showing the names of customers, one of which is indexed by customers’ names and the other by street ad­dresses of customers.
