No Publicity would be made of it until it was found necessary. They were told that the $100 per acre amount used in the rate case valuation was purposedly specified as a company figure per acre which they used for rate making purposes only. No value for water rights- or to the fact that the lands were water bearing. Right/Ways were to be considered as acreage (19.85rAs in all) Their Comment: There is a code for appraisal work. The price for making this appraisal will therefore depend upon the value which they find for the land- and they do not know the value until they do the work, research, etc. A letter will be sent to the Directors by Mr. Belli as Com* Ch‘> presenting their proposal for the appraisal.
