L A S V E G A S , N E V A D A July 25, 1951. Memo to Mr. Campbells Re: Appraisal of Water Bearing Lands of Las Vegas Land and Water Company. 1. Telephoned Mr. Bill Peccole today, who was surprised that no letter from the committee of the local Realty Board had yet been prepared covering their fee for appraisal work. Mr. PecCole stated that he would assure us a letter on the subject by tomorrow. (July 26) 2. The personnel on the appraisal committee are; Jim Young, Chairman Archie Bell of Bell Realty Co. (License may be (?) in name of Mrs. Bell so Mr. Peccoli informs me.) Harley King 3. Before Mr. Peccoli obtained a full picture of what was desired he estimated that there should be four realtors on the committee and listed Ralph Seward for special fitness on items which are now not so important in Mr. Peccoli’s mind- so he has dropped the name of Ralph Seward. HFC Appraisal by Montgomery & Co., Inc. A copy of their appraisal of Las Vegas Land and Water Co and production facilities owned by UPRR, etc. awaits you here at your office. Auditors’ Report- CONWAY MOE & CO. An envelope containing the report of the Auditors engaged to review the records of the District, awaits the Board her© in my office. HFC
