% N O T E : a c o p Y .^ tjP R M ^ a te r District file James M . Montgomery Consulting Engineer 15 North Oakland A ve . Pasadena, California October 10, 1952 C O P Y M r. Thomas A . Campbell 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada Re: Agreement for additional rig h t-o f-w a y between the Union Pacific Railroad and the Las Vegas V alley Water District Dear Sir: The map and tentative agreement furnished to the District by the Union Pacific Railroad does not include two parcels neceszary to complete the main pipe lines as proposed by the District. These parcels are shown, between points "A " and "B" and between points " C " and “D " , on the enclosed map in orange. Line " A -B " is roughly paralleling the existing 16" pipe line and at least fifteen feet northerly therefrom, and includes a new crossing of the main line of the Union Pacific Railroad. Line " £ -D n is on the southerly prolongation of "F" Street south of Bonanza Road. I believe it would be well to have Judge McNamee incorporate these in the agreement now being drawn by him. I would suggest that the agreement, before being prepared in its final form, be sent to us for inspection to make certain that all necessary parcels have been in eluded. Very truly yours, /s/ James M . Montgomery JM M :ew Enclosure O rig in a l was referred to Attorney Leo McNamee together with the map.
