PERMITS: Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits and licenses pertaining to his work and all work shall be done in strict accordance with any and all state and governmental laws and local ordinances governing same. In case of conflict bet­ween the specifications or the plans and said laws and ordinan­ces, the laws and ordinances shall govern. Certificate of inspection shall be turned over to the Engineer on completion of the work and before acceptance of the job. FURNISHING ELECTRIC POWER; The Contractor shall furnish at his expense all elect­rical power which may be required in connection with the drilling and testing of the wells. WATER; Land Company shall furnish all water required by Con­tractor for drilling operations; Contractor, at his expense to obtain water from Company’s nearest available supply. COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAWS; Contractor shall drill and complete wells so as to com­ply in all respects with rules and regulations of the State Engineer of the State of Nevada now in force or hereafter pro­mulgated by him, so as to comply in all respects with the statutes of the State of Nevada pertaining to the drilling of artesian wells and the conservation and distribution of under­ground waters. SECTION NO. 2 - SPECIFICATIONS; The Specifications hereinafter set forth shall cover the drilling, installing, testing and completing two water wells complete with casing and starting shoe carried to a minimum depth of eight hundred (800) feet with additional depth not to exceed a total depth of twelve hundred (1200) feet depending on conditions encountered during drilling operations. CONDUCTOR PIPE; Conductor pipe to be installed in each well shall consist of not less than 2lj. feet of 20 inch steel pipe having 5>/l6 inch thick wall.
