Contractor agrees to accept exclusive liability for the payment of any and all taxes, deductions or contributions for un­employment insurance, old age pensions, annuities or other bene­fits which are measured by the wages, salaries or other remuner­ation paid to employees of Contractor and further agrees to re­imburse Land Company for any of the aforesaid taxes, deductions and contributions payable by Contractor hereunder which by law Land Company may be required to pay. Section 8. Contractor shall pay in full all persons who perform labor upon said premises or furnish materials in con­nection with the work to be performed by the Contractor hereunder and shall not permit or suffer any mechanics' or materialmen's liens of any kind or nature to be enforced against the premises of the Land Company for qny such work performed or material fur­nished, and Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Land Company from and against any and all liens, claims, demands,costs or expenses of whatsoever nature in connection with or growing out of such work done, labor performed or materials furnished.
