We have been informally advised that yen may he reluctant to grant such an easement because of a possible conflict with our- formal proposal to you dated January 31st, 1953, Pleas® he advised that the Las Vegas Valley Water Bistriet has no objection to the granting of such' an easement and that in the event you grant such an easement, it will not he deemed by us to affect our aforesaid proposal, 1 have discussed this matter informally with other members of the Board of Birectors, but it will be approximately two or three weeks before we can have another meeting, at which time a formal resolution in the form attached hereto will be adopted, You will be furnished with a duly executed copy at that time* In the meantime, I thought this letter might expedite consideration of this matter.
