NOl°k?l'l FOB TALUE BECETVED, the undersigned Seller, acting for and on behalf of himself and as attorney in fact, pursuant to "written power of attorney therefor, for all property owners located within the area outlined in red on that certain map identified as Exhibit "A", dated October 5> 1951j and attached to that certain agreement be'?tSw' e'en the LAS VEGAS LAUD AND WAITER COMPANY and the undersigned (identified as "NML.D. 2525), does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto the Las Yegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada Corporation, all of the right, title and interest of the undersigned and the aforesaid property owners in and to that certain six inch (6**) steel water line in location described in Article I, paragraph I of the aforesaid agreement, together with all valves, fittings and reive boxes connected with said water main.
