Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less than 36" of cover over said water mains. All workmanship, material and installation of said water .mains shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by duly authorized representative of the Water Company. 3. At its own expense to comply and conform with all of the provisions and conditions contained in Revocable Permit, dated August 20, 1953, which was issued by the State of Nevada, Department of Highways to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering the construction of 14" and 12" cast iron water mains within the limits of the II. S. Highway #95 (Las Vegas-Tonopah Highway) in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, all as shown on Drawing 1-128, dated August 6, 1953, attached thereto. 4. At subdivider's sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water mains are to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 5. To furnish the Company easements, satisfactory in form, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five (5) feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. 6. To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company with: (a) A title guarantee with limits of $1,000.00, issued by the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, -3- i ™
