This is to notify you that 36 of Builders Investment Corpora­tion’s 52 duplexes in Cadillac Arms Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, have been sold to Milton Crane and Julius L. Nyrin and that this is your authority to at once commence sending them 69,23% of the usual quarterly payment. We hereby transfer, assign and set over to Milton Crane and Julius L. Nyrin: 69.23$ of our entire right, title and interest in any sums still unpaid, or to be payable under the terms of the aforesaid agreement of November 25, 1953. Please continue; to send our payments, which will henceforth be in the amounts of 30.77$ of any sums due under the aforesaid agreement, to our office at 1657 North D.
