o c c u r s And, whereas, the sub-divider, Federal Development Company did assign said contract to G. William Coulthard, Esq., on or about the 11th day of December, 1952, and Whereas, the said G. William Coulthard desires to assign to Calvin M. Cory, an individual residing in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, an undivided one half (l/2) interest in and to said contract and an undivided one-half (l/2) interest in and to all monies to be paid from and after the date hereof by the company to the said G.
