I Corresp. file m t i o l Q f i o l day of THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the _ f a .1952. by and between LAS EEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called ”Company”, Party of the First Part, and R.H. CARR and LOUISE L. CARR, husband and wife, with address at 1920 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter collect­ively called ’’Owners”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Owners are engaged in the development of the Purple Sage Motel, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and have made application for water service to serve said motel and have contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said motel with water: AGREEMENT ARTICLE 1. OWNERS AGREE: 1. At their own expense to furnish all necessary materials, labor and equipment to construct approximately 185 feet of 6” cast iron water mains in location described as follows: - 1 - A -'° 3
