Upon the execution of this agreement, the payment of the sum of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS ($2,470.00), specified in Paragraph 1 of Article I hereof, and the furnishing of such necessary easements, and the furnishing of the policies of title insurance aforesaid, to order the necessary pipe, fittings and other materials and upon the arrival of pipe and materials aforesaid at Las Vegas, to proceed with the installation of said water main along the lines so staked upon the ground by the Sub-divider, and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence. Said water main shall consist of 6 n cast iron pipe. Construction of said water main shall not be commenced until the provisions of this subdivision 1 have been complied with. 2. To pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals, thirty-five percent (35%) of the monthly revenue received by it from customers of said respective subdivisions taking water from the water main so installed hereunder, for a period of ten (1 0 ) years from the date of the completion of said installation, or, until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line so ad­vanced by it, exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydram connections, whichever oecurs first.
