N O * i Corresp. file....... ___ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of , 1951, by and between LAS '4 a r y VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT CO., a Nevada corporation, with address at 1500 South Main, Las Vegas, Nsvada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Ifevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Tract $1 , Westleigh Addition to the City of Las Vegas, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Clark County Nevada Records, south of West Charleston Boulevard in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has made application for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
