Gilletfc and Vernon Lee & Ethel Lee all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee of / Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 21st day of March , 19 51 , identified as ”Nn L.
