Said water main shall be constructed of 6" cash iron pipe and shall be in accordance with AWWA specifications. All joints shall be of cement and all pipe shall be new B & S cast iron, equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150. All fittings shall be new, all bell, cast iron equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150, and all valve boxes shall be cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise provided by the approval of a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipes, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A.W.W.A. specifica­tions, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall tbsre be less than 36" of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and the installation of said water main shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the company. 3. To furnish the Company easements, satisfactory in form, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be .-’five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. ^ .
