I. % 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 fflien commencing at a connection with the 6" cast iron water main to he constructed as hereinabove provided at a point near the south east corner of Lot 7 said Block 1, thence extending westerly with a 6M fire line along the south line of said Lot 7 approximately 230 feet to Lacey Lane, and commencing at the point hereinabove referred to thence extending easterly with a 6" fire line along the south line of Lot 22 of said Block 1 approximately 240 feet to Kenny Way. The cost of constructing said water main is the agreed sum of $8,130.00, exclusive of tl\e cost of constructing the aforesaid 470 feet of fire lines, the expense of which shall be borne by Subdivider. 2. Said water main and said fire lines shall be constructed of 2620 feet of 6" cast iron pipe and shall be in accordance with A.W.W.A. specifications. All joints shall be of cement and all pipe shall be new B & S cast iron, equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150. All fittings shall be new, all bell, cast iron equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150, and all valve boxes shall be cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise provided by the approval of a duly authorized representative of the Company, all .pipes, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated m accordance with A.W.W.A. specifications, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less than 36M of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and the installation of said water main shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of a duly authorized representative of the company. 3.
