is agreed to be the sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and Eighty-four Cents ($39,256.34). The location of said water mains is indicated by yellow lines on said Exhibit A. WHEREAS, the Subdivider has agreed to construct 3,300 linear feet of additional water main to serve Bonanza Village Tract in location indicated by red lines on map attached hereto marked "Exhibit B" and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to install at its e x pense, a connection to the water main to be constructed b y the Subdivider under this agreement and will allow Subdivider certain refunds of cost for portion of w a t e r main constructed by Subdivider in accordance with Rule 9-A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January 16, 1940: AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTICLE I Subdivider agrees: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials tools, equipment and labor and to construct 3,300 linear feet of 10-inch and 12-inch water mains between E n g i n e e r ’s Station 24 plus 32 and E n g i n e e r ’s Station 62 plus 32, in location as indicated by red lines on said Exhibit B.
