ASSIGNMENT FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, PLUHIiIGH«GILLETT, INC*, hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to the Bank of Nevada, all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Lend and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 9th day of August, 1950, Identified as "N*L*D* 2398, and the undersigned hereby expressly authorises and requests the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make all payments required by said Section 2, Article H, of said Agreement to the Bank of Nevada* this Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by the Bank of Nevada and PLOMLEIOH-GILLETT, INC*, and the revocation thereof as herein provided shall not be binding upon the Lae Vegas Lend and Water Colony until said Las Vegas Land end Water Company is given written notice of such revocation* ' Dated at Las Vegas, Nevada, this 5th day of March, 195U* PLQKLEKHl-GIILETT, INC* / ACCEPTED* LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COKPANX A-*7
