V Copy juAw Vi^GAS LAND AND WA CONTRACT A S S I G N M E N T RECITALS: Under date of December 10, 1945, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, therein called "Company", entered into a certain Agreement with MASTERCRAFT HOMES, INC., a corporation of the State of Nevada, therein called "Subdivider", which Agreement is identified as being Las Vegas Land and Water Company "N" L.D. #1435b, wherein the Company agreed that on certain conditions it would complete the installation of water mains to and within a subdivision called Charleston Square Tract No. 1, the plat of which is recorded in Book 2 of Plats at page 66, Clark County, Nevada, records; And wherein the Subdivider agreed to pay to the Company the actual cost of the installation of said water mains; And wherein the Company agreed to pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals fifty per cent of the monthly revenue received by it from customers taking water from the water mains so installed thereunder, for use in Blocks 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of said Charleston Square Tract No. 1, for a period of te/l*ytears from the date of the completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line, so advanced by it, whichever occurs first; And whereas, the Subdivider did pay to the Company the total cost of installing said water mains; And whereas, the Subdivider desires to assign to A.
