* 33a r AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: m i.9 U L & Owners agree: 1* To deliver to the Company, 1612 feet of 6 Inch cast Iron pipe and fittings now stored In said Woodland Park, together with a bill of sale showing the said Owners to be the lawful owners thereof and having legal right to sell the same* Said pipe and fittings shall be donated to the Company. 2. At owners sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake or cause to be surveyed or accurately staked upon the ground, the line along which said water main is to be laid aid to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 3. To provide Las Vegas Land and Water Company with easement satisfactory to them, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys. The Company agrees: 1. That upon the execution of this agreement and the delivery to the Company of said pipe and fittings and bill of sale for same, to proceed with the installation of said water main along the line so staked upon the ground by the Owners and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence, it being understood and agreed that said water main shall be laid approximately as follows: Commencing with a connection of the existing 2.
