To sell, assign, transfer, and set over to the Company all its right, title and Interest, in and to that certain 8", 6" and 4“ pipe line and 8 ” meter, in location as indicated by yellow line on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A”, dated May 19, 1947, and hereby incorporated herein, together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected therewith; and to deliver to the Company a good and sufficient instrument, in writing, properly executed, conveying to the Company the title to said pipe line, meter, valves, fittings and valve boxes. 2. To furnish to the Company satisfactory easements where said pipe line is laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line, provided, however, that no such easement shall be required for such portion of said water line as may be laid in property owned by the LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY, or its Lessee, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY. ARTICLE II The Company agrees: 1. To pay to the County at monthly intervals, fifty percent ( 30%) of the monthly revenue received by it from customers taking water from said pipe line, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of this agreement, or until the County has been repaid the sum of $12,254.50, whichever occurs first. 2. At its sole cost and expense, to install a 6" connection between the company's 8" water main in Charleston Boulevard and the aforesaid existing 4" line, at the corner of - 2- A~/&
