    oOriginal^£or Company iTRACT 11N 11 L.D.lQla THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of O Cj ~T O & B K . 194 7 , by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, here­inafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and ------- _______ JAC K WOT.T.'KTJZTETJ AND AL WEND^T.ROE. co-uartners____ _______________ with place of business located at 719 South 2nd Street.---------- hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of d i s ­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing ------- a portion of the Southwest Quarter of. Section 32, Township 20 South,---- •Range 6l East. M.D.B & M.--------------------- --- ----------- City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made applica­tion to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with the existing water main at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Cashman Drive, thence 580 northerly a distance of feet to a point herein designated "Point A", thence westerly a distance of 200 feet, thence at right angle northerly a distance of 50 feet to an end; then commencing at "Point A" above described, thence easterly a dis­tance of 750 feet to an end, using approximately 830 feet of 8" cast iron pipe and 750 feet of 6" cast iron pipe, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions Las Vesas.
