File— 3 4 WHEREAS, on or about the Vth day of November, 19^7, the 5 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, 6 hereinafter called "Company", entered into an agreement with A.M. SOUTHARD, 7 doing business under the fictitious name of SOUTHARD and DOWNEY, providing, 8 among other things, for a refund to the said A.M. Southard of certain 9 revenues collected by the company as set forth in Article II of said 10 Agreement, and 1 1 WHEREAS, the said A.M. Southard, has assigned all monies due or 12 to become due to the said A.M. Southard under the terms and conditions of 13 the aforesaid agreement, to NATIONAL ICE COMPANY OF LAS VEGAS, and MILTON 14 W. KEEFER, share and share alike, and 15 WHEREAS, the said NATIONAL ICE COMPANY OF LAS VEGAS and MILTON W. 16 KTfwineR desire to transfer all of their right, title and interest in and to 17 said agreement to LUCETLLK A. SOUTHARD, 18 NOW, THEREFORE, for a valuable consideration, MILTON W. KEEFER and 19 NATIONAL ICE COMPANY OF LAS VEGAS, a corporation, hereby sell, assign, trans- 20 fer and set over unto LUCEILLE A. SOUTHARD, all monies due .or to become due 21 after October 1, 1950, pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain 22 agreement hereinabove described, and do by these presents authorize and 23 direct the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a corporation to make any and 24 »ii payments of said monies to Luceille A.
